About Me
I am an artist who pours passion into every piece I create—whether it's commissioned work tailored to someone's vision or special artworks born from my own inspiration. My creativity knows no bounds, and each stroke carries meaning and emotion.
Beyond my personal artistic journey, I find joy in sharing my knowledge. I tutor art courses, helping others discover their own unique styles, and mentor aspiring artists, guiding them as they grow and refine their craft. For me, art is more than just a skill—it’s a way to connect, express, and inspire.
My Background
I was born into a family where traditional art thrived, and from a young age, I felt its influence shaping my path. Art was more than just a skill—it was a legacy, an inspiration, and a way to express myself.
Today, I share that passion by teaching art and life skills at an NGO, helping women in distress rediscover their strength through creativity. Art, to me, is not just about colors on a canvas—it’s about growth, healing, and empowerment.
I also have the privilege of mentoring young artists, guiding them as they find their own artistic voices and build confidence in their craft. Watching them flourish reminds me why I fell in love with art in the first place—it's a journey, a connection, and a gift meant to be shared.
My Medium
I love sharing the beauty of art through many different mediums—oil, watercolor, acrylics, inks, and even digital techniques. When I teach, I encourage my students to explore freely, helping them discover the medium that speaks to their creativity.
But when it comes to my own artistic journey, I always find myself drawn back to oil, watercolor, and Tanjore art. These mediums feel like home to me, allowing my ideas to flow naturally and my emotions to take shape on canvas. Each brushstroke in these styles carries a sense of tradition, depth, and timeless expression that resonates deeply with my soul.
Art is a limitless journey, and I love guiding others to find their path, while staying rooted in the mediums that truly define mine.
My Inspiration
My art is deeply intertwined with my experiences, passions, and the people I hold dear. Traveling, meeting new people, and exploring different cuisines fuel my creativity, each adventure leaving its mark on my canvas.
I find immense joy in adding a spiritual essence to my work, allowing my art to reflect something beyond the physical—something rooted in emotion, energy, and deeper connections.
My journey through ancient tours led me to the wonders of Tanjore art, an age-old Indian tradition that captivated me with its rich history and intricate details. It was more than just a technique—it was a revelation, a bridge between the past and my own artistic voice.
Yet, no matter where my art takes me, my heart always finds its way back to family and friends—my true anchors, my greatest inspirations, and the unwavering support behind every creation.
